If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mojitek regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
